M/s Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited (KSPPL- 50: 50 JV of Indian Oil and BPCL) launched ‘Navodayam’ a training programme for newly joined Engineers on 02.11.2026 at Kochi, Kerala. The programme was inaugurated by Sh. K Narender Babu, CEO, KSPPL in august presence of other functional heads of KSPPL. CEO, KSPPL briefly explained about the company, the entire business landscape and emphasised on KSPPL’s commitment to fostering innovation and excellence. He urged everyone to inculcate the 5D vision which stands for Dedication, Devotion, Determination, Discipline and the most important, Daringness which will ensure a safe, secure, innovative, efficient and sustainable working of the company.

The interactive segment provided valuable opportunities for the officers to better understand the organisation’s vision and expectations. The 2 week long structured program includes presentations on various topics by Industry experts, faculties, team building sessions, sites visits to installations etc.
