Shri Dinabandhu Mandal, a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur. He also holds a Post Graduate in Management from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research.
He has 34 years of experience in the Oil Sector. He is widely considered as Logistics and Supply expert, and he spent major part of his career in Operations and Supply Chain.
Currently he is heading Engg. and Projects (Marketing) set up in BPCL as Executive Director.
